Start with a free, 10-question exposure check and see your control-environment exposure tier on screen in about three minutes. When you are ready for the full picture, the $1,495 analysis accounts for all 56 controls in the OT Security Readiness Catalog and emails you a prioritized gap analysis with a 30/60/90-day remediation roadmap. No site visit. No sales call. Nothing ever touches your control network.
Run the free OT exposure check 10 questions, about 3 minutes. Your exposure tier on screen, no card, nothing touches your network.Your insurer is asking about OT security. Your regulator or your board wants to see an assessment. You know the control environment grew over twenty years of integrators, vendor modems, and one-off fixes, and nobody holds the full picture. The usual next step is a consulting engagement that takes months to schedule and starts with someone asking you for the same information this intake collects in three minutes.
SCADA AI inverts the order. First the map, at a fixed price, today. Then you spend bigger money only where the map says it matters, with evidence requirements already written down.
Standard card checkout through Stripe. Your welcome email arrives with a single-use intake link. It comes from agents@ai4scada.ai, so add that address to your safe senders.
15 plain questions: how the control network connects to business IT, who reaches it remotely, what inventory and backups exist. No network diagrams required. Written for the person who runs operations, not for an IT department.
A person reviews every analysis before it goes out, after an automated check of the PDF's formatting. The PDF usually arrives the same business day. Exposure tier, every control accounted for, prioritized gaps with the evidence an assessor would request, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.
We put this list on the sales page because you will put this document in front of serious people. It holds up because it never claims more than it knows.
CMMC measures how defense contractors protect federal contract information and Controlled Unclassified Information. At Level 2, operational technology that can touch CUI is a Specialized Asset: you document it and show it is managed under your own risk-based security policies, and it is not assessed against CMMC security requirements. OT separated from the systems that handle CUI is not assessed at all. The rule is 32 CFR 170.19.
Control environments drift: a vendor adds a remote path, a line gets a new HMI, a modem goes in for a quick fix. Re-run the analysis after any significant change, or at least once a year. Each report is dated and names the catalog version it used, so you can compare it with the last one.
This analysis looks at the operational side: the security controls that bear on whether your control environment can take a hit and keep running. It is not a CMMC assessment and does not establish CMMC compliance. For CUI obligations, see ai4cmmc.ai.
Checklist products hand you a score. This analysis refuses to. Readiness is pass/fail per control: a control is ready when evidence shows it operating, and this analysis does not see or verify your evidence. So every control in the catalog is either gapped or explicitly not asserted, each gap names the evidence an assessor would ask you to produce, and the document survives contact with an auditor, an insurer, or a board.
The catalog covers the things that actually break control environments: vendor remote access, unmanaged cellular modems, flat networks, untested PLC backups, safety-system separation. Remediation steps respect maintenance windows because your process cannot stop for a patch cycle.
SCADA AI is Agent-as-a-Service from ElasticD3M: software agents do the structured analysis and a person reviews every analysis before it is sent. That is why the price is fixed and the turnaround is measured in hours, not calendars.
Aegis AI™ subscriptions cover IT and cloud compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS and NIST CSF. They do not monitor your control network. Start one within 30 days of your analysis being delivered, using the same billing email, and your $1,495 is credited automatically toward the first month. If you never do, you still own the map, the evidence list, and the roadmap.
15 questions. Every control accounted for. Roadmap in hand, usually the same business day.
